Sunday 27 September 2009 BULLS IN FULL SWING ON COAST

The XXXX GOLD Queensland Bulls will make full use of the squad attending their Sunshine Coast camp tomorrow with a visit to the Nambour Hospital children's ward as well as their opening practice match against South Australia.

Bulls coach Trevor Barsby will finalise the team tomorrow morning at breakfast, with those players not required for the 50-over-a-side clash with the Redbacks at Maroochydore Cricket Club at Buderim starting at 9.30am making their way to Nambour for an 11am visit to the children's ward.

Injured fast bowler Ryan Harris will be joined by three other non-playing members for the visit.

The Bulls are playing a pair of 50-over matches and two Twenty20 matches against the PKF Tasmanian Tigers and West End Redbacks as part of their preparations for the 2009-10 season, which starts on 11 October.

The Bulls will play the day/night Suncorp Twenty20 Challenge double-header on Wednesday at Roy Henzell Oval at the Caloundra Cricket Club, with the Maroochydore Cricket Club hosting the other matches.

The 2008-09 Ford Ranger Cup champion Bulls will be at near full strength, with only Australian allrounder James Hopes (Champions Trophy) and pace bowler Ryan Harris (knee) unavailable.
