Sports Session on Thursday 9 February at the Coolum Sports
Complex, Coolum
The event is an initiative of the Sunshine Coast Council,
Department of Communities (Sport and Recreation Services) and
Australian Sports Commission and will provide local kids the
opportunity to trial a range of sports including tennis, soccer,
rugby league, AFL and softball with Coolum Football Club, Coolum
Colts Rugby league, Coolum Tennis Club, Bli Bli Soccer Club,

Sporting stars of the future will be inspired by players of the
Sunshine Coast Fire Football Club who will be on hand to showcase
their playing skills and even have a kick of the ball for some
fun.
All local primary school-aged children are welcome to attend the
free event and will also receive a healthy afternoon tea, sports
show bag and there will be plenty of giveaways on offer.
As a bonus local clubs will be on hand to take sign ups for the
Winter season, meet the coaches and importantly provide an
