Run to the Green
It’s not everyday you get run cross country across one of
Australia’s premier golf courses but Noosa Springs is halting
play and opening the green for its inaugural Run to the Green 5km
fun run on January 29, 2012.
It promises to be a fun day for participants of all ages and
fitness levels – you can either run or walk the course – all you
need to bring is your determination to do it.
The fun run starts at 6.30am and costs $25 to enter – all
proceeds of this local sporting event will go to the Noosa Heads
SLSC Junior Development Program.
Light refreshments will be available after the run and
participants are welcome to stay a while and use the outdoor 25m
heated lap pool.
Volunteers are sought for registration duties, directional
marshals and dispensing water. Please contact Paul Ewing at Noosa
