SEWING NEWS The Tewantin Neighbourhood Group of the Australian
Sewing Guild meeting is to be held on Saturday 25th February 2012
at the Masonic Hall, cnr Moorindil & Toolar Sts Tewantin Qld
4565 commencing at 9 am until 4 pm.
A Workshop will be conducted by Rosemary McCall a talented tutor
from Brisbane who will teach participants “How to Take a pattern
off ready made clothing” Bookings and payments are essentials.

Visitor and new members always welcome, (cost for visitors $8 or
$20 if attending a workshop for this workshop an extra $12 for a
small tool kit to be supplied). The Birthday members for each
month supply the morning tea; members bring their sewing machine
and lunch. The group meet in a friendly environment and explore
both basic dressmaking and decorative sewing techniques.
Members will assist anyone with a sewing related problem or who
would like to like to upgrade their skills and improve their
sewing techniques.
