Do you prefer doing council business over the phone, on the internet or in person?
Sunshine Coast Council is keen to hear from its customers about their preferences on how the council can best engage and communicate with the public.
Council is conducting a quick online survey that asks people to take five minutes to outline their preferences.
The results of the survey will provide a number of options for council to consider for inclusion in its new Customer Contact Strategy to be adopted by council.
Council's Service Delivery Portfolio holder Paul Tatton said the results could change the way council does business over the coming years.
"I urge residents to have their say, because what you tell us today will shape the service you receive in the future," he said.
"For some residents, it may be that they prefer talking to us via email or SMS, while others might prefer a more traditional method of over-the-counter chats with staff.
"Whatever people tell us in this survey will help us deliver our customer contact services in a way that better suits the community's needs."
