Awesome Ad Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Our Premium Business members onsite have really come up with some great Giveaways for our visitors to work in conjunction with our Awesome new innovative Advertising. As with any form of Giveaways there maybe be particular conditions attached depending on the supplier...

  • All the Giveaways above are available due to the generosity of our Premium advertisers onsite, and are given at their discretion with My Sunshine Coast just being the technical conduit for visitors to our site during the 15 min window of opportunity to take advantage of these Giveaways.
  • My Sunshine Coast Life has endeavoured to ensure that all Giveaways displayed are as accurate as possible as per information supplied by the Premium Advertiser.
  • You must be aged 18 or over to submit an entry into the Awesome Giveaways. Some Giveaways may be age relevant, therefore if you are under the age of 18 and wish to apply for a particular Giveaway (The Jumping Castle, Horse Trail Rides etc...), please request that your parent or legal guardian submits the Giveaway entry, anyone under the age of 18 will be totally ineligible.
  • My Sunshine Coast Life is not responsible for any visitors not being able to access the Giveaways application form due to circumstances beyond their control such as Server Crashes, ISP overloads, personal web browser configurations and the like. If you do have a technical issue using the form onsite in the 15 minute time frame as indicated by the advertising on Channel 7, please contact us and we will endeavour to assist you if we can.
  • The Giveaways pop-up time for entries is time-synched as per the TV advertising times supplied to us by Channel 7, all care is taken, though we cannot be held responsible if a time is changed without notifying our technical programmers.
  • Information required by the form when active should always be completed correctly. Submission of incorrect or false details will result in you forfeiting the chance to win a Giveaway and persistent incorrect entries could result in your individual IP being denied access to www. and in severe cases, the appropriate authorities will be notified, this policy is to ensure the uninterrupted display of the site, and is not negotiable, action will be taken at My Sunshine Coast Life discretion.
  • My Sunshine Coast Life respects your privacy, (please view here mysunshinecoast.com.au Privacy Statement).
  • Information received via the entry form is never sold or disseminated in any way shape or form as per our Privacy Statement above, the only exception to this rule, is for winners of Giveaways. Your details (winners only) will be submitted to the Supplier of the Giveaway you have been lucky enough to score, for the Premium Advertiser to organise how you receive or redeem your Giveaway.
  • Particular Giveaways may have conditions of use, time frames on vouchers, particular days of use etc. These conditions will vary from Premium member to Premium member, for specific conditions related to a particular Giveaway, please contact the Premium member directly (these contact details are available on the bottom of each Giveaways page).
  • Should you come across the Giveaway form and you are not a local, please do not apply for any of the Giveaways displayed unless you will be here on the Sunshine Coast to use the Giveaway in particular, as per the following conditions, even if visiting the Sunshine Coast in the near future, the Giveaway may not be applied in the time frame you have available etc. and you would not wish to be disappointed, please see conditions below.
  • The Lucky Visitors who get their names pulled out of the hat to score particular Giveaways will be announced on a daily basis on each individual Giveaways Information page.
  • Winners contact information will be forwarded to the Giveaways Premium Advertiser within 24 hours, alternatively, the winner will also be notified via email with the contact details of the Premium Advertiser of the Giveaway they have won.
  • Giveaways are not transferable or redeemable for cash, delivery may be subject to availability, please contact the individual Premium Business advertising the Giveaway for full details of any conditions particular to the Giveaway.
  • All Giveaways are listed in good faith as per the information supplied in writing from the Premium Advertiser. Any disputes with a particular Giveaway must be addressed to the Business in question, My Sunshine Coast Life accepts no responsibility for misleading information that may have been supplied by the Premium Advertiser, nor will My Sunshine Coast Life mediate on behalf of the Advertiser. The Premium Advertiser in question must be contacted directly for any dispute resolution.
  • When you submit your application on the Giveaways entry form you are agreeing to be signed up for MSC Coast News. This is the regular (every 2 to 3 weeks depending on holidays) newsletter sent from www. which includes giveaways, local information etc. You can of course easily opt out of this newsletter database (email addresses & contact information supplied is NEVER sold or disseminated as per our Privacy Policy), though please be aware that by doing so you will make yourself ineligible for any Giveaways, End of Month Giveaways or Second Chance draws in this particular promotion.
  • You use this Site entirely at your own risk.
