Jo Boughton
Principal
Jo Boughton was admitted as a solicitor in February 1994 and has been helping clients with legal advice and assistance in Family Law and Criminal Law matters since admission. Each client is important to Boughton Legal, whether in receipt of legal aid funding or private paying and each client has a unique set of circumstances. In family law in particular, clients are often assisted by Jo Boughton's knowledge of experts and professionals such as counsellors, mediators, valuers, and psychologists etc who can assist and support clients. Jo is married with 3 children and knows the difficulties that face the modern family.

Kathryn Cox
Paralegal, Personal assistant to the Principal
Kathryn is very experienced in legal administration and support work. Kathryn will assist you with taking your details and making the necessary arrangements for your initial and follow up consultations with Jo Boughton. Kathryn can assist you with divorce applications and completion and signing of documents.
