The two towers of Catalina are conveniently situated in the trendy Cotton Tree area of Maroochydore, near the mouth of the Maroochy River.  A private walkway leads you to the patrolled Maroochydore Beach and nearby Maroochydore Surf Club, which is only 60 metres away. 

Offering stylishly appointed and fully self-contained, serviced, one, two and three bed-roomed apartments as well as studio apartments.  All apartments except the studios have spa baths.

All apartments in the more recent, Catalina II are air conditioned with ensuites.  All have TV and Cable in both master bedroom and lounge.  The modernly appointed apartments, with quality furnishings and finishing touches, have full kitchens including dishwashers.  They also contain a CD player and Video Recorder.  Just kick back, relax and enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the crashing waves.  The two and three bedroom apartments offer a choice of pool/garden views or stunning ocean views.
