Our executive chef Greg Pollard has years of experience both in Australia and overseas, and his team will provide the most magnificent food with exceptional service that will make your day a dream come true.

When you have settled on your special date it can be secured with your $400.00 room hire fee as deposit, and then the planning can begin.

Greg has over 30 years experience in the industry, including stints at the Dorchester Hotel in London, Glen Eagles Hotel in Scotland and a two Michelan star restaurant in Switzerland. Greg was also the first Australian chef to be appointed as Executive Chef of a 5 Star Hotel in the Sydney region, where Weddings and Functions were a substantial part of business.

With the addition of the new alfresco deck, enabling guests to enjoy their meal while taking in the view from Maroochydore to Caloundra, it gives Bistro T a light airy feel that is very welcoming.
