An Experience in Itself
The Headland Golf Club is a challenging yet visually uplifting course. The 18 Hole, 6105m Championship Course winds through age old flora and fauna, playing host to Koalas, Kangaroos, and countless bird-life. No matter how you play, you are sure to finish the day with a smile."

Although a member's golf club, visitors are most welcome at Headland. Social golf is available every day, however club competitions do restrict social golf times on some days.

The best days for social play at Headland are Monday, Friday and Sunday. Financial members of other golf clubs with a current Golf Australia (GA) handicap are permitted to play in certain competitions:

To enjoy a relaxing catch-up over coffee and cake, a tasty lunch with friends or colleagues or a sumptuous dinner overlooking the magnificent Headland Golf Course with views to the stunning Mooloolaba coastline, Bistro T can offer all of these plus more.

With the addition of the new alfresco deck, enabling guests to enjoy their meal while taking in the view from Maroochydore to Caloundra, it gives Bistro T a light airy feel that is very welcoming.

When you dine, be it Lunch or Dinner, expect to find dishes that are fresh tasty and of generous portion. The lunch menu has something to tempt even the fussy eaters with choices ranging from the old favourites like BLT and Steak Sandwich through to the delicious Prime T-Bone Steak or Grilled Orange Roughy with lemon parsley butter.

Bistro T is a great place to spend time with the family and friends and enjoy the lovely surroundings as children are welcome and are always well looked after with a kids menu full of all their favourites. Chef Greg Pollard and his team can cater for every occasion, be it a perfect wedding, party, work function or family gathering. Greg has made the Sunshine Coast home and has settled in nicely at the Headland Golf Club. After extensive stints in Europe, Africa and New Zealand he returned to Sydney where he was the first Australian Chef to be appointed as an Executive Chef of a five star hotel in the Sydney region.

Greg has over 30 years experience in the industry, including stints at the Dorchester Hotel in London, Glen Eagles Hotel in Scotland and a two Michelan star restaurant in Switzerland. Greg was also the first Australian chef to be appointed as Executive Chef of a 5 Star Hotel in the Sydney region, where Weddings and Functions were a substantial part of business.
