We have fully qualified Personal Trainers available to assist you in anyway they can.  Our Personal Trainers provide excellent motivation & drive to keep you on the right track & achieve those desired results.  With our top of the range equipment, our Personal Trainers can provide innovative workouts to keep you keen & progress in your training goals.  As part of your membership here at Invigorate, our Personal Trainers can put together a program designed to suit your goals. 

With our gym crche facility, there's no excuses for those mums trying to loose that post baby weight or finding that "me" time!  We offer a vast range of classes to suit all individuals.  We even offer an Invigr8 Kidz program 2 days a week for children aged 4-12years.
