Queensland Academy of Vocal Art

Queensland Aademy of Vocal Art (QAVA) are a group of passionate, dynamic and qualified studio and schools-based music and drama teachers with a wealth of professional industry experience.

QAVA are looking for students of ALL ages and levels to study at our Buddina studio in 2011.

We offer Singing, Piano, Guitar and Drama lessons -- individually and in small groups. Our teachers offer a broad range of styles, including Classical, Contemporary, Jazz and Music Theatre.

We also run larger group classes in DRAMA and VOICE, tailored to a large range of age groups and abilities, and including our NEW "Glee" style vocal groups, as well as an Adult Ladies and Junior Boy's choral group and junior and senior Drama Groups.

QUEENSLAND Academy of Vocal Art (QAVA) provides:

1. Highly qualified and experienced teachers of voice, piano, guitar and drama
   
2. Individual music lessons (30, 45 and 60 min duration)
3. Small group music lessons
4. Regular performance opportunities
5. Exam preparation for AMEB, ANZCA and TCL syllabuses
6. Holiday Day Camps for school-aged students
7. Workshops with visiting specialists
8. Audition preparation
9. Accompaniment services for students
10. Teachers with current Blue Cards.
    

We aim to combine exceptional teaching services with professional communication between parents and students.

Studios are air-conditioned, and there is ample parking available.

Performance opportunities including competitions, ANZCA, AMEB and TCL exams, concerts, workshops and master-classes are all a part of the QAVA experience, and tuition will be tailored to your individual needs and level.

QAVA teachers have a 100% examination pass rate, and are all members of associated professional bodies, including ANATS, AVA and the Accompanist's Guild of Qld.
