Your Wedding

Ceremony This is the music that sets the tone for your special day. You can choose from pre-recorded classics, operatic performances to full string ensembles.
Pre-reception Make sure your guests are relaxed and welcome while you take care of the important post ceremony business. Pre-recorded mood setters to string ensembles, it's all available!
Reception This is where you and your guests really unwind and enjoy your special day. Let the Wedding Player provide your celebration with the best in entertainment. Our entertainers have a lifetime of experience in the entertainment industry and have been hand picked to entertain you and your guests in the most professional manner. From cheeky Irish bands to full big band ensembles, yours will be a night to remember.

The Organist
Helen has been playing music for weddings since she was 11 years old. She went on to be the organist of choice for her parish in West Brisbane and has played for over 100 weddings. She has performed throughout Australia in two accomplished folk bands and currently plays solely for weddings and ceremonies.

The Opera Singers
Sally and Caroline are two of Australia's most accomplished sopranos having performed with Opera Australia and Opera Queensland. They currently run the most successful vocal school on the Sunshine Coast. They are available for solos and duets.

The Church Vocalist
Rosie has lent her soprano voice to choirs and orchestras for as long as she can remember. She has performed at weddings, theatre restaurants and with show bands and is an excellent choice for your ceremony.

The A Capella Quartet
The cocktails specialists, these girls can make the pre-reception period one to be remembered. Stunning four part harmonies are the perfect choice for ceremony or pre-reception entertainment.

The String Quartet
Cathie holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Queensland. She has also studied privately with Elizabeth Morgan and Leonard Dommett and was a founding member of the "Camerata of St. Johns" in Brisbane. She performs regularly with many ensembles including the Queensland Pops Orchestra, Northern Rivers Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia of St. Andrews and Pacific Chamber Orchestra.
Cathy has brought together a sublime quartet perfect for your ceremony or pre-reception entertainment.

The Music Man
Kerrin has been a professional entertainer most of his life. He started performing in the 70's and in 1979 was one of 20 chosen from over 5000 to contest the "Singer For Asia " contest on TV One New Zealand. Using high quality backings (mostly produced in his own studio) Kerrin covers a large range of musical styles from ballads to rock, performing hits from the 60's through to current chart toppers by artist such as:
The Eagles, Elton John, Robbie Willams, John Farnham, Eric Clapton,Billy Joel, Bread, Neil Diamond, Van Morrison, Supertramp, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Keith Urban, Crowded House, Phil Collins, Joshua Kadison, Paul Kelly, Cat Stevens, Rod Stewart, Michael Buble, Don Henley and many more. Kerrin's repertoire includes over 8 hours of great music that will bring back many memories.

The Entertainer
Fresh from a two year stint at one of the coast's most celebrated rock and roll venues, Dave is ready to roll out his inimitable crowd pleasing style to make your wedding a real celebration. Including music from the The Beatles, Neil Diamond, Van Morisson, The Monkeys and Elvis, Dave includes the audience in every song ensuring a night your guests will never forget.

The Celtic Wedding
These guys know how to throw a party. Sing along to some of the great Irish and Scottish numbers while you gear up for a jig later in the night. Including some of queenslands biggest names in folk music this group is just the group for that special Colleen to celebrate her bonney day.

The Superstars
Dan and the boys are one of the best-loved Brisbane bands of all time. Now based on the Sunshine Coast, these guys are the ultimate party band.
You're wedding will be the one remembered for having THAT great band with those fantastic guys. Soaring harmonies, hilarious antics and a unique sound that has earned them a slew of accolades. If your day is really special then this is your band.

The Show Band
The Show Band is a seven (7) piece jazz band delivering a variety of music including Traditional, Dixie, Swing, Latin, Groove and that Glenn Miller sound. With their talented lead vocalist at the forefront, this band is able to deliver the influences of Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble. All That Jazz comprises some of the Sunshine Coast's best jazz musicians, ensuring your wedding has that classy show band feel.

The Big Band
This is the ultimate big band experience for the wedding that has it all. Comprising a powerful twenty (20) piece ensemble this band can deliver a big sound for your big day. Enjoy music from Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett, Michael Buble and many more, as your guest dance the night away in sartorial splendour.
