Important: Your upgrade will occur upon receipt of payment of your invoice. If you are paying via MYOB services, this may take a few days before we receive confirmation in this office. Due to the sheer volume of email received and the popularity of the Premium Listings your upgrade may take up to 5 business days to become live, note, your 12 months advertising does not start until your Business Upgrade is 'live' onsite, however your prompt payment does secure your quoted position in your category(s) as per the Sales & Marketing department correspondence you will have received. Future amendments to your listing or Specials, Events etc which are part of your package may also take up to 5 working days to become 'live' onsite, advance notice is therefore appreciated and will ensure prompt display for you.
