10 Week Challenge

Dates: Every week on Thursday
Location: Sunshine Coast PCYC, Nambour

This challenge is for those who have already been coming to the gym but need a kick up the butt to get them motivated again or for people wanting to get a jump start on losing weight or just want to get fit, this will suit everyone. The price is $149 and there are only 10 spots left.

What to expect:
* One hour accountability workshop every week for 10 weeks. (Thursdays @ 5.30pm) These session will include subjects such as, exercise, nutrition etc
* Presentation Dinner
* Before and After photos
