An Evening of Fun Fashion & Feasting
The Zonta Club of Noosa is part of a global organization of executives and professionals who volunteer their time to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy. Our club supports both local and international projects designed to assist women, and one such local program we have funded in the past is the Discoveries Program run by the Sunshine Coast Division of General Practice. This program provides counselling and support for women affected by childhood sexual abuse, and has proven to be an outstanding success. Our members have been privileged to meet participants from past programs and to hear how this program has literally changed their lives. Our club will be supporting the program again in 2010 for the third year. We will be holding a gala evening of fun, feasting and fashion on Saturday 25th September at the Sheraton Noosa Resort.
