NEW CLASS TO NOOSA LEISURE CENTRE!

Annelies Douglas commences her Children's Yoga Classes at the Noosa Leisure Centre on Saturday 6th March at 8.00am.

The classes are designed to help children become more flexible and strong in their bodies.

The class will offer relaxation/meditation techniques to decrease stress/anxiety levels while increasing self-esteem and self-awareness.
