Friday 6 to Sunday 8 November 2009The next FATBURNERS FITNESS WEEKEND is planned for Friday 6th, Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th November in Brisbane & it is going to be a DOOZY!
I have people regularly ask me about the fitness weekends and what exactly is involved.
Now normally, I would not give the itinerary out until a week before the actual group goes away BUT this time I have decided to let you all see the proposed itinerary just so you can get an idea of exactly what it is that happens on a FATBURNERS FITNESS WEEKEND.
The highlights will be:
- SKIRMISH!!!
- INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING!!!
- MIDNIGHT WORKOUT!!!
- KANGAROO POINT WORKOUT!!
- MATT'S INSPIRATIONAL SESSION (???)
We only have 12 spots available & I have already been asked by previous attendees of the fitness weekends to save them a spot. So there are currently ONLY 8 SPOTS LEFT!!!
