Come along and enjoy loads and loads of carnival rides on the Tin Can Bay foreshore (behind the Police Station) from Boxing Day through until Wednesday 31st (New Years Eve). The amusements are for all ages so Mum and Dad's can have a go and enjoy a laugh with their children. Recently there was a report done saying we should lose our inhibitions and go back to childhood games and have a good time. It's healthy.

So in between watching the kids, there are food stalls, the ever popular German Sausages. If you didn't try these at the T.C.B. Seafood Festival you have another opportunity, they are delicious AND you can buy a packet to take home to cook or put in the freezer. Also, fresh seafood, yummy prawns to peel under a tree for a snack before heading for the Sno Shack serving 26 flavours of ice cream or maybe a nice cool Slushie is for you.

One of the FREE activities available we have Skateboard workshops. These are proper professionally held sessions instructing the kids on safety issues, skate park etiquette, basic instruction for beginners and tricks for the experienced. Some of the things covered with the skaters are --
-Identifying risks through cracks/holes in surfaces
-Graffiti, making surfaces slippery
-Sand, dirt & rubbish
Discussion on board safety
-Sharp worn edges on rails and tail of board
-All truck bolts tight & rubbers free of splits or wear
-Condition of wheels and bearings
These workshops last for 1.5 hours and will start at 4.00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

Throughout the week there will also be roving clown shows, free face painting and on New Years Eve live music is on the stage so come along with a blanket to sit and watch the Fireworks at 9.00pm and midnight, listen to the musical entertainment, have a sausage and most of all have some relaxing fun.
