The Heart Foundation and Sunshine Coast Council have joined forces to restart the Buddina Beach Walkers Heart Foundation Walking group at Buddina.  Visitors and locals are              welcome to go along and enjoy this free health and wellbeing program which offers a 60-90 minutes medium pace walk.  Heart Foundation Walking promotes healthy, happy            lifestyles.  For further details visit www.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au or www.heartfoundation.org.au
