These dynamic martial arts classes have been designed to be the best and are led by Shihan Martin Day 6th Dan Black Belt and Sensei Patricia Fast 4th Dan Black Belt who lead by example and are in kicking action throughout. Note that no class is exactly the same as we continue to challenge students and instructors with new techniques and routines for maximum progression in their training.
