Red Rocket Railmotor
Extra Services for the Red Rocket Railmotor -- 21st and 28th September!
These school holidays The Valley Rattler is increasing our operating schedule for the Red Rocket Railmotor service. You can now enjoy this two hour journey every Tuesday morning and afternoon for a short, but sweet trip through the scenic Mary Valley. The Red Rocket travels to Amamoor Station where you have time for morning tea and a wander through the craft shop.
The Red Rocket Railmotor traditionally ran the Brooloo line to Gympie providing a daily link to the town for shopping, the transportation of goods and a means for children to get to school.
The morning tour departs Old Gympie Station at 9:30am and returns to Gympie at 11:30am. The afternoon tour departs Gympie at 1:00pm and returns to Gympie at 3:00pm. The price is only $20 per Adult, $17.00 for seniors/aged pensioners and $10.00 per child.
The extra services will operate on Tuesday 21st September and Tuesday 28th September.
