Shake & Stir Theatre Company workshops
Here's a great opportunity to polish the talents of any aspiring young actors in the family, during the winter school holidays. The renowned Shake & Stir Theatre Company, which is Education Queensland accredited and which takes plays to schools throughout the state, will conduct a week long workshop at Eumundi at the Independent Theatre.
There are some places available for non-Indee Theatre members. Whether your youngster has some experience via school drama or other classes, or is a beginner, this will be a rare opportunity to work with a professional, youth oriented, theatre group.
The workshop, funded by the Regional Arts Development Fund and sub-funded by The Independent Theatre, will run from Monday June 28th to Friday July 2nd and the cost is $250. Call Carol on 5472 8200 for further information or to reserve a place.
