The Sippy Downs Central Market is held every Sunday from 4:30am for stallholders and 6am for the public, until midday, at the Sunshine Toyota car park in Sippy Downs (in the Chancellor Village Boulevard behind the Chancellor Tavern).

Organisers of the market are temporarily offering $10 site fees to anyone who wishes to have a car boot sale.  "They can bring a car load, trailer load or truck load of unwanted items and make some cash - we've had some rough weather during the past months which prevented the market from expanding.  We really hope locals will return to support the market now that the sun has come out" the market manager says.  Sellers must arrive before 6.30am, the organisers have marquees for hire for only $5 and the stall holders are not requi7red to purchase indivudual stall holder insurance.  

The Centre for Personal Evaluation and Community Enrichment  are the organisers of the market and they have a strong emphasis on maintaining quality, good value for money, organic, chemical free, renewable, recycled and sustainable products at the market and within the Sippy Downs community.
