Taste of Tibetan Buddhism on the Coast
Would you like to establish a regular sitting-meditation practice? Do you have friends or family wanting to try meditation, or understand a little more about Buddhism but they are not quite ready to come to a Buddhist centre?
If so then please join one of Chenrezig Institute's well respected senior students (Lindsay Pratt) for a Taste of Tibetan Buddhism class at the Maroochy Sailing Club on Chambers Island (moved to Wednesday evenings due to public demand). The classes will be an introductory course in Buddhism and meditation aimed at beginners and will include practical meditation techniques, as well as information on general Buddhist topics.
Presented over five weeks, you can attend any or all sessions. Weekly from Wednesday the 14th of April until Wednesday 12th May (inclusive), from 6pm to 7.30pm.
Cost: by donation; wear comfortable clothing.
