Women of Worth Program
Lifeline's Women of Worth program aims to provide a safe and nurturing environment for women to develop their concepts of acceptance, self awareness and self confidence.
It confronts common issues among women and builds on developing their sense of self.
The next course starts on Tuesday 5th August and continues for 6 weeks each Tuesday for 3 hours per week.
Since the feeling of worth has been learned, it can be unlearned, and something new can be learned in its place. The possibility for this learning lasts from birth to death, so it is never too late. At any point in a woman's life she can begin to feel better about herself. Source: Satir.
