I don't think these changes will hurt our business here. As many of you know, we are a Family Business, 3 generations of us working in different facets of the business. It is actually quite nice to have an old fashioned family owned and operated atmosphere in what is a fully modern industry and regardless of our ages, we all enjoy the challenges (well I think we do anyhow LOL).

We have now added another member of the family to our business, Stephanie, so we now both sides of the family are starting to even up a bit... Stephanie will be doing Sales work for us and has a vast experience and knowledge in the area of Sales & Tourism, so if she gives you a call, you know who you are dealing with. She is also my 'mother-in-law', so be nice, and by the way we have not asked her to sign a "workplace agreement" LOL!... (like many small businesses we don't really need the extra legal expense to draw one up)

I know that some of our rules are a bit stupid when we see a situation where someone can't be sacked for stealing (I am still dumbfounded by that one), though maybe fixing those loopholes might be a better idea than just an overhaul that may hurt many people? Hopefully we will all know more soon and I guess there is no real need to be stressing about something we really don't know about yet, though I wonder if the old government favourite, "Be Alert, Not Alarmed, is more applicable to this IR situation...
