Luxury Afloat Noosa has been on the river for 17 years now. The current owners are the third proprietors and have owned the business since March 2002. Three of the four boats are Coher designed and were originally in some sort of franchise arrangement. That is no longer the case and the boats and business are fully owned. During its long history it has gained the reputation of having the best, cleanest, best serviced and fitted out boats on the river, giving good value for money and with proprietors who are prepared to go the extra yard to ensure their customers have a good holiday.

The current owners have maintained the boats to a very high standard. All have completely new motors, new dinghies with new motors, new upholstery and soft furnishings, and have generally improved all aspects of the business making it easier, more efficient and cost effective to run. No major expenses are foreseen in the short to medium term other than the usual maintenance.

The business can be run by two people but some staff are available to help clean and maintain the boats, and allow for reasonable time off and holidays.

The sale includes everything required to run the business including a large pontoon attached to the jetty, a "rescue boat" in C class survey, and a sign written Combo van with only 25,000kms. There is a well equipped workshop and a good store of spares and supplies.

The jetty lease still has ten years to run with only CPI increases.
